1- What is the Wamsat platform?
منصة ومسات سوق لبيع وشراء وطلب الخدمات المصغرة والعمل الحر (تصميم-برمجة-استشارات-ترجمة-تسويق-صوتيات-كتابة-تدريب-مهام ميدانية-خدمات أخرى منوعة)، حيث يأمن طرق دفع واستلام أرباح آمنة بين الطرفين لضمان حقوقهم.
يوجد في الصفحة الرئيسية والشريط العلوي زر إضافة خدمة بالنقر عليه← تفتح صفحة تختار منها التصنيف الذي تندرج ضمنه خدماتك← ثم تفتح صفحة المعلومات:
- Select a picture: here you put a picture that expresses your services and you can add a group of pictures and it is preferable to add the picture always because it attracts customers.
- Address: You write here an address for the service and the address should be chosen carefully because it is the first thing the customer sees to encourage him to enter your services.
- Price: Here you specify the price of the service and this is important because if you do not specify a price, you will not receive the price of your services, and the amount you specify will only get you for the words of your services because the customer pays in advance.
- Tags: are considered as tags for your services by domain.
- وصف: هنا تكتب فقط وصف لخدمتك واختار وصف جيد وليس فقط بضع كلمات حتى يرى العميل أنك جدي في التعامل.
- Delivery time: Specifies the period within which the service will be delivered to the customer.
- ملحوظة شراء: هذه ملاحظة يراها المشتري عند شراء خدماتك إذا لديك طلبات أخرى لتجهيز الخدمة.
- I agree to the terms: I agree to abide by the site policy.
- Sending the service: Your request to add the service will be sent for verification by the site administration, and approval is usually not delayed more than 24 hours if the request is within the terms of the site.

عند وصول رسالة الى إيميلك تخبرك بشراء خدمة من خدماتك أو تم قبول عرضك الذي قدمته في قسم طلبات من العملاء هذا معناه أن المشتري قد دفع بالفعل الثمن ويبقى المبلغ أولاً معلق في حساب الموقع وعند إتمام تسليم الخدمة الى العميل تطلب من المشتري النقر على زر تم الاستلام وسوف ترى الرصيد اضيف الى حسابك في صفحتك الشخصية.
5- How do I receive my winnings?

عند قيام أحد العملاء بشراء خدمة او طلب خدمة وقبل أحد العروض عندها عليه الدفع ليتم إرسال الطلب الى المستقل ولكن المبلغ الذي يدفعه لا يدخل في حسابه قبل إتمام عملية استلام الخدمة وهكذا يضمن حقوق العميل.
8-ماذا يفعل العميل إذا تخلف المستقل عن تسليم الخدمة؟
صحيح العميل يدفع مسبقاً عند طلب خدمة ولكن يبقى المبلغ المدفوع معلق حتى تتم عملية استلام الخدمة وينقر العميل على زر تم الاستلام حتى يدخل الرصيد في حساب المستقل، وهنا إذا حدثت مشكلة ينقر العميل على زر نزاع جنب زر تم الاستلام وبذلك تصل رسالة لإدارة المواقع بوجود خلاف ويتم حله لذلك نؤكد أن يتم تسليم الخدمة حصراً عبر رسائل الموقع.

- PayPal: عن طريق خدمة باي بال وقد اخترنا هذه الطريقة لشهرتها وتوفرها لتقديم خدمات الاستلام وتحويل الأموال للعملاء.
- Credit Card: Payment is made by credit card directly, which is a very safe and popular method.
